We're so excited to share our day with all of our nearest and dearest family and friends! If you have any questions for the day, hopefully we've answered them below. Otherwise please reach out to one of us! x

What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will be at 3PM, so we kindly ask if you are there and ready to move through to the ceremony lawn by 2.45PM to be seated.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is semi-formal. We’d love for you to dress nicely but comfortably; suits or dress shirts and trousers for the guys, and cocktail dresses, or dressy separates for the ladies. Please keep in mind the venue is outdoors and on grass for the ceremony, so plan footwear accordingly.
Is there parking available?
There is plenty of parking available at Woodlands Estate. We're confirming with Woodlands, but suspect it shouldn't be a problem to leave your vehicle at the venue if you can pick it up early on the Sunday morning.
Will there be transportation provided?
We're reviewing if there is enough of a need for a bus back in to Hamilton from Woodlands Estate at the end of the night (12AM midnight). If you are keen for a bus service, please let us know when you RSVP and we will confirm if we are arranging closer to the date.
Are children welcome?
We love your little ones, but we’re planning for our wedding to be mostly an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a night off to relax and celebrate with us! If your invitation includes your children by name, they’re more than welcome. And of course, we don't want anyone to not join us because of childcare limitations so please let us know if that is the case for you!
What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?
When you RSVP there is a question to confirm any dietary requirements you may have. We'll make sure to pass these on to our caterers! If you have any concerns, or other allergens / requirements not listed, please let us know.
What’s the plan in case of bad weather?
We'll still be onsite at Woodlands Estate, and have the ceremony inside too if the weather doesn't allow us to be outside for a lovely summers day!
Do you have a gift registry?
Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for, and we truly mean that! We’re lucky to already have most of what we need, so please don’t feel obliged to give us anything. If you’d really like to contribute something, a small gesture or a contribution toward a honeymoon would be warmly appreciated, but absolutely not expected.
